These terms and conditions govern purchases on the Prague+ website (hereinafter the “website”). By submitting an order you confirm that you have read the terms and agree to them.

02What you are buying

Prague+ sells digital content — these are not physical goods, nothing will arrive by post. Specifically:

The current description and content of each product can be found on the website next to that product. The content of the profiles is continuously expanded — all updates to a purchased profile are included in the price for the whole duration of your access.

03Order and conclusion of the contract

You create an order by adding products to the cart on the website and sending it to payment. The contract is concluded at the moment of successful payment. You will receive a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail.

Before submitting the order you can change the contents of the cart freely and correct any mistakes. If you have a discount code, you apply it in the cart before payment.

04Price and payment

Prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK) next to each product and are final. Payment is one-time — no subscription and no recurring payments.

Payment gateway provider

Online payments are handled by Comgate, a.s. through the Comgate payment gateway. You enter your payment details directly on the provider’s secure page — the seller never gains access to your card number and does not store it.

How payment works

By payment card (Visa, Mastercard). After submitting the order, the website redirects you to the payment gateway, where you enter the card number, expiry date and CVC code. You then confirm the payment with your bank — most often in a mobile app or with a code from an SMS (3D Secure). After confirmation you return to the website and the content is right there in your account.

By bank button (online transfer). On the payment gateway you choose your bank and it redirects you to your internet banking, where the order is already pre-filled — you don’t type in the amount or the account number. You just confirm the payment and return to the website.

With both methods you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If the payment fails for any reason, nothing is charged and you can try the order again.

Contact for the payment gateway provider

With questions or complaints concerning the payment itself you can contact Comgate directly:

Comgate, a.s.
Gočárova třída 1754/48b, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic
E-mail: podpora@comgate.cz
Phone: +420 228 224 267

If it concerns the content of the order — what you bought, what was made available to you or what doesn’t work — write straight to me at the contact given in article 01. It will be faster.

05Delivery

I make the digital content available to you immediately after payment — you will find purchased profiles in your user account on the website, and presets there as well, ready to download. Access to purchased content is permanent, for as long as the website is in operation.

If the content is not made available after payment, contact me at the e-mail above — I will fix it as soon as possible.

06Withdrawal from the contract

For digital content that is delivered immediately after payment, a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies. By submitting the order you expressly agree that I make the content available to you immediately after payment, i.e. before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that your right to withdraw from the contract thereby ceases (Section 1837(l) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code; Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

07Defects and complaints

I am responsible for the digital content matching its description on the website and working properly. If you come across a defect — for example you can’t open purchased content or a downloaded preset doesn’t work as it should — write to me at the e-mail above and describe what is happening.

I will handle the complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest. Depending on the nature of the defect you are entitled to have the defect removed, to a reasonable discount, or — if the defect cannot be removed — to a refund.

08Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we cannot reach an agreement directly, as a consumer you have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Praha 1 — details at adr.coi.cz. Consumers from other EU countries can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

09Final provisions

The protection of your personal data is described in a separate document, the Privacy policy.

The legal relationship between us is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. I may change these terms to a reasonable extent; the wording in effect at the moment of your order always applies to your purchase.

These terms are a translation of the Czech Obchodní podmínky. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Czech version prevails.
